Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Human Beyond LLC collects through human-beyond.ai, how we use it, and the choices available to you.

Effective and last updated: August 20, 2026

The plain-language version

  • We collect information you choose to send through the contact form and ordinary technical data needed to operate the site.
  • We use service providers for hosting, form delivery, analytics, and some embedded content.
  • We do not sell personal information or use it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
  • You may ask to access, correct, or delete information associated with you.

Scope and who we are

Human Beyond LLC, based in Hollywood, Florida, operates human-beyond.ai. This policy applies only to information handled through this website.

This policy does not automatically cover standalone Human Beyond products that publish their own privacy notice. Third-party services have their own privacy practices. References to them here describe how they interact with Human Beyond; they do not make Human Beyond responsible for their independent processing.

Information we collect

We collect information you submit and ordinary technical information generated when the site is delivered.

  • Information you submit: name, email address, company or role, free-text descriptions of what you are building or automating, and the contents of communications with us.
  • Technical and usage information: IP address, browser and device details, requested pages, referring page, date and time, approximate region, and security or delivery logs produced by our hosting, content-delivery, and analytics providers.
  • Preferences: a first-party locale cookie that remembers your language choice for up to one year.
  • The public site does not create user accounts or collect payment-card information.

How we use information

We use information to operate and secure the site, deliver requested content, respond to messages, maintain the early-access or update list, understand which pages are useful, troubleshoot failures, and comply with law.

We do not sell personal information or use it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Cookies, analytics, and external content

The locale cookie remembers the language you select. Google Analytics helps us understand aggregate site use and may use cookies or similar browser storage. Google receives usage, device, and network information under its own policy.

Some editorial pages may request map tiles from CARTO. That request can expose ordinary connection data, such as an IP address and browser details, to the tile provider. You can restrict cookies or third-party requests through your browser settings.

Who may receive information

We disclose only what is reasonably necessary for the purpose described in this policy. Recipients may include hosting and content-delivery providers, Web3Forms for form delivery, Google Analytics, and CARTO for map tiles.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, to investigate abuse, or as part of a merger, financing, reorganization, or sale of relevant assets. We do not disclose personal information to service providers for their own advertising.

Retention and deletion

Form submissions and communications are retained only as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain the requested relationship, keep a minimal unsubscribe record, resolve disputes, or meet legal obligations. Technical and analytics records follow the applicable provider settings and are retained only as long as useful for security, measurement, or troubleshooting.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to know what personal information we hold, receive a copy, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, or appeal a decision. We will not discriminate against you for making a privacy request. We may need to verify that the request is yours.

You may ask us to stop sending updates. Privacy requests may be submitted through the website form by starting the message with “Privacy request,” or by mail to Human Beyond LLC, 1818 Hollywood Boulevard, Hollywood, FL 33020, United States.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the information we handle. No internet or storage system is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.

International processing and children

Human Beyond is based in the United States. Our providers may process information in the United States and other countries, where privacy rules may differ from those in your country.

The site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child submitted information, contact us and we will address it.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy as the site or law changes. We will post the revised version here, change the effective date, and provide additional notice when a material change requires it.

Human Beyond LLC is the operator responsible for this policy. Use the website form for privacy questions or requests, or write to Human Beyond LLC, 1818 Hollywood Boulevard, Hollywood, FL 33020, United States.

A privacy request should not require you to hunt for the right channel. Start the form message with “Privacy request,” and we will route it correctly.
