Privacy Policy

Human Beyond publishes essays. There is nothing here to buy and no account to create, so there is very little to tell you — but the little there is, we would rather say plainly than bury.

In short

  • Write to us through the form and we receive your name, your email, and what you wrote. It arrives as an email.
  • The site counts visits and remembers which language you are reading in.
  • We do not sell anything about you, and we do not let anyone use it to follow you around other sites.
  • Ask us to delete what you sent, and we delete it.

What this covers

Human Beyond LLC operates human-beyond.ai from Hollywood, Florida. This policy covers this website and nothing else.

The services the site runs on — hosting, form delivery, analytics, map tiles — handle information under their own policies. We describe how they touch this site; we do not answer for what they do on their own.

What we receive

Two things, plus a cookie.

  • What you send: if you use the form, your name, your email, an optional company or role, and whatever you write. It reaches us as an email.
  • What every website receives: your IP address, browser and device, the pages you opened, where you came from, and the time — the ordinary records that hosting and analytics keep.
  • A language cookie: the site stores your reading language for a year. It is set on your first visit from your browser’s language, and it changes if you switch languages yourself.
  • There are no accounts on this site and no payment information of any kind.

Who else sees it

Vercel hosts the site and keeps its logs. Web3Forms delivers the form to our inbox. Google Analytics counts visits and may use cookies or similar browser storage; you can block it in your browser or with any tracker blocker, and the site works exactly the same. One essay loads map tiles from CARTO, which shows that provider your IP address and browser.

We do not sell personal information and do not use it for advertising. Beyond those providers, we disclose something only when the law requires it or when someone’s rights or safety need protecting — or, if Human Beyond is ever sold or reorganized, as part of that.

These providers are based in the United States and may process information there or elsewhere, under privacy rules that differ from your country’s.

How long we keep it, and how to have it deleted

Messages from the form sit in our email for as long as the conversation is useful. Logs and analytics are kept for as long as each provider’s settings say.

If you wrote to us and want it gone, write again and say so — we delete it. You can also ask what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to stop writing to you. Post works too: Human Beyond LLC, 1818 Hollywood Boulevard, Hollywood, FL 33020, United States. We may ask you to reply from the address you originally wrote from, so we know the request is yours.

What we hold, we protect with ordinary sensible measures. No system is perfectly secure, and we are not going to claim otherwise.

Children, changes, and contact

The site is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect anything from them. If you think a child sent us something, tell us and we will remove it.

If this policy changes, the new version appears here with a new date. Human Beyond LLC is responsible for it, and the form below reaches us.
