Agreement and scope
These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and Human Beyond LLC. By accessing human-beyond.ai, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
Standalone products with their own terms are governed by those separate terms. A third-party service is governed by its own agreement even when Human Beyond links to or connects with it.
Permitted and prohibited use
You may link to Human Beyond materials and quote limited excerpts with clear attribution. Any other use must be permitted by law or by written permission from Human Beyond. Standard search-engine and assistive-technology indexing is permitted.
- Do not violate law, another person’s rights, or the security or availability of the site.
- Do not bypass access controls, introduce malicious code, probe for vulnerabilities without written permission, or interfere with other users.
- Do not copy, scrape, or republish substantial portions of the site as a substitute product, dataset, or publication, and do not remove ownership notices.
- Do not misrepresent your identity, affiliation, or Human Beyond’s endorsement of you or your work.
Human Beyond content and intellectual property
The site, essays, concepts, visual systems, code, branding, and other original materials are owned by Human Beyond LLC or their respective licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited uses above, no license is granted by implication.
“Human Beyond” and associated branding may not be used to suggest sponsorship, affiliation, or endorsement without written permission. Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners.
What you submit
You keep ownership of messages, descriptions, ideas, and other material you submit. You give Human Beyond a limited, non-exclusive license to receive, store, reproduce, and review that material only as reasonably needed to operate the form, respond, manage the requested relationship, secure the site, and meet legal obligations.
Do not submit confidential or sensitive personal information you are not authorized to share, or any unlawful material, through the website form.
Third-party services and links
The site may depend on or link to services such as hosting, form delivery, analytics, map tiles, and external publications. Those services are controlled by third parties, may change or become unavailable, and are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Human Beyond does not control their independent acts, content, security, or availability.
Informational content
The site contains general information, analysis, and opinion about technology, business, and the future of human-machine systems. Content may be incomplete, become outdated, or include projections that do not materialize.
It is not professional advice and does not guarantee any outcome. Verify information independently before making an important decision.
Changes and availability
We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the site, and we may limit access when reasonably needed to protect the site, users, third parties, or Human Beyond.
Warranty disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” Human Beyond disclaims all express, implied, and statutory warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions. In those jurisdictions, the exclusions apply only to the extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Human Beyond will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or opportunities, arising from or related to the site or its content. These limits do not apply where liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Governing law and general terms
Florida law governs these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida, and each party consents to those courts.
If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the rest will remain in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These terms and any specifically referenced policies are the entire agreement for the site.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the site or law changes. The revised terms apply when posted, except where additional notice or consent is required. The effective date above shows the latest revision.
